No - I don't expect eBay to sell my items. I do expect them to have a quality site that attracts buyers. I do expect them to do everything possible to make this a site where people want to join & become customers. I expect my items to be showcased so active viewers will come take a gander. I don't expect eBay just to look out for #1. If I'm in a flea market, I expect them to promote the place so it attracts potential customers. There is not much sense in having a booth in a building & look down to see 5 people in the aisles. I'M supposed to attract the buyers? Only way I can attract the buyers if they see what I have to sell & feel the value in my presentation / prices. 0-3 views over a month's time isn't going to get much business. eBay just happy to take the store fees & not care if you make a sale? I NEVER thought 2023 could be worse than 2022 but it certainly is. Yes....yes. I only have 36 listings. I had 4 sales when I was done to 15. Quality not quantity should still make a difference. An additional 300 listings of cheap items is supposed to be a plus? Saving some of my better stuff for local sales & no fees. 🙂 Good luck to all.

You have been posting the same complaints for at least the past 6 years!
“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
You need a radical change, it might include eBay or it might not but for sure if you wait for the system to change you are on a downward spiral to oblivion.

choose "shipped items" and nothing but garbage seems to be shown
@stainlessenginecovers
"Shipped items" on FBook are those that the sellers voluntarily or inadvertently signed up for the "pay F.Book to manage your money" program. Though I ship ALL my items, they will not show up on that list. I explained it a bit in a response to another member here. See Post #16:

I took a peek and you have nothing very desirable. On your over priced Heather Locklear earrings you do not show a COA or a photo. No one will buy them. Most everything else is over priced when you factor in shipping cost. Sorry but it is up to YOU and YOU only to present and price items for buyers to purchase. Ebay has nothing to do with it.

Thank you. I, also, want to try them on another site that has several UK buyers & 0 fees. 🙂

I could post something for a dollar & you would say it is overpriced. Most of my items have 0 competition so I'd like to know what knowledge you have that they are overpriced? You have a price guide for every individual in the world? lol

Just because they are not desirable to YOU does not mean a thing. Each item only has to be interesting enough to 1 eBay buyer / person.

This is the beauty of best offer. Don't like the price? Make an offer. Please show me a pair of Locklear gold-plated earrings w/ autograph & what they sold for. Waiting..........

Already can disprove your overpriced theory. My 6 NBA championship pins on for $26.95. Someone sold 3 for $14.99. Double is 29.98. I'm $3 under that price for 6. Including best offer, someone could get them for $20.00. So......wrong again.

My X-Men Wolverine window cling is on for $38.95. The only other 1 is posted for $150. A Spider-Man window sticker went for $40. I'm overpriced? My Bond books - what do they sell for? Over $40 sometimes? I'm overpriced? How much are vintage Canada Cup Russia trucker hats are selling for? My De Conceptu book is on for 69.95 compared to everyone else who wants almost $100 or much more. Another overpriced item? Want me to go on?

It is quite comical how my "undesirable" items sit collecting dust on eBay but then I put them on MP & they sell. No one in the entire world wants them except people who live a few mins. away from me. 😂😂

Two thing you keep skipping over every time I tell you your items are priced too high. SHIPPING. No one is US is going to pay $30 shipping for an item they can buy in the US for $25 INCLUDING shipping. The other thing you keep ignoring it what others are asking is useless as they TOO are overpriced. Always check SOLD listings TOTAL with ship cost included. Lately your listing says an autographed picture but you are showing an autograph envelope ? Where is your proof that they are hers and she wore them ?

Shipping will be my biggest obstacle with this. I'll have to double check how much they cost to ship (they go Canada Post, it's cheaper than US Post).
In worst case scenario, I'll take the stamps out and ship them on their own (that will work, but I'm hoping the presentation pack makes it desirable for collecting). We got our presentation packs for a song because they were mixed in with stamped envelopes. Taking them apart will be Plan B if I can't sell them as packs.
I didn't look at what else you have, and my interests are pretty boring, so there's not much I'm willing to spend my money on (so basically I'm not a good person to ask). But from your previous post it sounds like you have something you can sell, and if you got the postage inexpensively, you certainly can make some money on them.

I've suggested the OP look into Chit Chats Express to deal with the shipping thing, but they've said they're far from any of their offices (which means mailing boxes of packages in, that only really works if you have some volume, I used to mail 10-15 a week before they opened an office in my city).

Why would I have an autographed envelope unless she put something inside the envelope like those earrings?! Somewhere out there is a magazine cover with her image & proof she is wearing those earrings. I just don't remember the name of the mag.

What do I have listed that has $30 S/H & US buyers can buy the item for $25 total? I do not say it is an autographed photo. I say it is a photo cover shoot that the earrings are from. I do check sold but not everything has a sold price to compare it to. Do you make any arguments that cannot be replied to just with common sense? lol
