That's a easy question. There is only one listing you can put in first.
After that it is no longer the first listing.
As far as the quantity goes, I would set the quantity as the same number of items you have for sale.
Just my opinion. Others here may feel differently.

As a new seller, you should have been informed by eBay how many listings you can start with.

As a new seller, you are probably limited to 3 per month until you accumulate some positive sales and prove yourself to ebay that you are a credible and honest seller. Good luck to you.

It depends on what your limit is?
If your limit is 5, you can add 5 items.

You can see your listing limits at the link below. If you set up a fixed price listing with multiple items, every item will count as one of your allowed listings.
