Good Morning,
Can any one help solve why ebay did not send an email or text to notify that an item had sold? We received a notification (both email and text) today, that the item was supposed to ship by yesterday. We checked our account settings, and they were all as they always were. Any help is appreciated.

This is an old persistent glitch. And that is why you always need to also check your sold sales on Ebay as well and never rely 100% on email notifications.

emails can be slow/or lost........ ALWAYS check your account at least once a day..... been said time after time on this board.......

If you're using Yahoo Mail, you might not see all your eBay messages in your inbox. This is because Yahoo's default setting shows only priority emails. To view all messages, switch to the 'All' folder. most eBay messages will appear there.
Most of my eBay messages are under "All" except for questions from customers.
