Not receiving notification after an item is sold

eBay is not informing me that an item is sold so I have been late to ship a few items and a buyer canceled on another.  I receive emails for everyting else (questions, account related, etc.) but never notification after an item is sold.  How do I resolve?

I think you should log in Ebay everyday to check the sold items. It's kind like a solution.

Yeah, I’ve been on eBay since it started and they always emailed when an item sold and they email for everything else so thank you for your comment but that isn’t a solution, just a smart a** response.
