For months now I have not been getting views for my auctions. Right now I have 11 auctions for sale and in over 4 days all 11 auctions have had only 1 view. This has been on going for quite a while and it has gotten to the point that it is stupid for me to continue to put items on auction when I get no views or sales. Why am I not getting any views ???

The unpainted ceramic figure market isn't what it used to be.

There is nothing you have listed which is worth a delay of 7 days to purchase,
These are items which any buyers who want, want to use Buy It Now and have it turn up in their mailbox or at their door.
The auction buyers I deal with, are looking to pay as little as they can and your starting bids are rock bottom and close to what they bring even when you manage to find two bidders.
BIN seems the way to go for your stuff.

Hi harpyx, I agree with tobacco cards, your items should by BIN. When I seach for some of your items, I notice yours are the only ones that come up. I would rewrite the titles to something that more people will see.
Good luck.

You can get smaller versions of those figurines, in pairs, with paints, at hobby and craft stores for about $10 - yours are larger but I think you've got competition with that pricing and shipping.

Your prices are too high.

Try to keep in mind that buyers (at least this one) include shipping costs in what they consider the price of the item.

If you are not getting any views then either your prices are too high or there really isn't a demand in what you are selling. I would agree with the others go with fixed price rather than auction. Nobody is going to bid on this stuff. They may buy outright with an offer in some cases however don't expect immediate sales on these items.

Auctions stopped working for most categories of goods around 2008.
You would be better off listing as Fixed Price and having each listing last 30 days and automatically relisting, instead of disappearing in seven.
That's 21 more days that your potential customer can find your listing.
If you love the auction game use Best Offer.Set your Fixed Price where you would love to sell.
Then set parameters on the Best Offers with an automatic Accept on a price you would be comfortable selling at and an automatic Refuse where you would be annoyed at such a lowball figure.
In between*, eBay will show you the Offer and you can consider it.
*and the parameters could be a penny apart.

For more views and sales, sell more desirable stuff at a desirable price.
Low demand for your items = Low views and sales.
High demand for your items = High views and sales.

The name of the game isn't how many views or watchers you receive but you do believe you need to work on how to get more sales - that's what puts the $$ in the piggy bank. Am with those that say auctions listing are a thing of the past like bell bottom pants, Nehru and corduroy jackets. Interested buyer really don't want to wait up to 7 days plus shipping time or play Peak-a-boo to see if they are in the hunt to see if the won and are disappointed if they lost.especially a OOAK item. In other words prospective buyers "wants it now" especially this time of the year only less than 11 days 'til Christmas One big reason the Big A is successful.
You still have to figure out if you a have the the basics of 4 Ps and a D selling/marketing
"Right product at the right time" is a core business principle meaning to supply what customers need, precisely when they need it, crucial for sales, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, encompassing logistics, marketing (the "Place" in 4Ps), and inventory, often extended to the "7 Rs of Logistics" (product, place, time, quantity, condition, cost, customer) for perfect fulfillment and avoiding stockouts or overstocks. I added the D for Distribution (shipping service, reliability, time)
One more thing you listings is your best salesperson - your key photo & main title should stop interested shopper to "read more" & be pithy aka short and sweet.

I stopped getting good results from auction format about 15 years ago, thus I never use it. Problem solved.
