I have been trying to sell MicroSD cards I bought before, and I have been unable to sell them for 2.5 weeks now.
"Unfortunately, your listing can’t be completed because you’ve reached your selling limit in this category." Is the error I get everytime. My supposed date to be allowed to sell things again was today. It's funny, because I've not sold anything in that actual category(and after buying those I kind of wish I hadn't of tried to start being a "seller" and blowing money on that and a bunch of shipping supplies). I have two RAM listings and canceled the one in the hopes to sell the microSD's.
Is this a normal occurrence around here where there is no real limits mentioned?

when listed, counts toward category limit.
i.e. fixed price with 10 available counts towards 10 on the limit, whether sold or you ended with none sold.
pretty sure any limit resets on first day of month.

If you canceled one listing to replace it with another, the canceled listing still counts in your monthly total allowed. For example, if you are only allowed 5 listings per month, and you ended two so you could list two other new items, eBay won't allow that because you already have 5 total, the cancelled two listings still count. The two new items would be a total of 7 items then. (Sorry if that is a bit confusing. It is late here.) Below is a link describing new seller limits that might be helpful to you.

Welcome to selling on Ebay.
All new sellers experience selling limits. Every 30 days you can call Ebay and ask them to increase your limits. You can do that every month until you have your limits well above what you feel you will need or desire.
This is a way to allow you to get some experience without too much going on so that there will be less problems during the learning curve stage. Below are some links that will help you as a new seller as there are other limitations you have that you need to make sure you plan for as well.

Only listings that are active or listings which have sold count towards the limit. Listings that end without a sale or are ended by the seller without a sale do not.

I see, and I think that may be it then. The quantity is probably what's screwing me up. I was trying to sell ten of one thing, in one listing.
In my seller dashboard it showed Nov 20th, and lastnight it changed to Dec 20th for what I mentioned about it resetting.
