I have been struggling to print labels from the Ebay Order page. In the past I used Paypal because I couldn't print from Ebay but now that we're on Managed Payments I can't use Paypal. There are two items that Ebay says you can use to print labels. One is to go to the Order page and print the label. That doesn't work! The 2nd method says you can go to My Ebay and select Sold and print the label. That not only doesn't work but My Ebay doesn't show a Sold in the listing. I have contacted Ebay twice in the past two months and they say they will refer it to the IT department. Well that's become a joke because nothing has changed. Now I'm handwriting labels and attaching them to the package, going to the Post Office and waiting in line. Ebay service has so far been a joke in terms of problem solving. We are a Charity and typically have 250 items for sale and Ebay selling is becoming a real hassle!

What exactly happens when you try to print the label.......what browser are you using......what Windows system?

Did you try clearing your cache and cookies? Did you try a different browser? Did you try rebooting your browser? Your computer?

For the time being, maybe sign up for Pirate Ship and do your labels through them. I think you can also still do USPS labels through PayPal. But it'll probably have to be manual.

Look in your downloads - the label is probably there. You can opt to have it open in your browser or, if you have it installed, Adobe reader as a pdf.

When you print label, go to bottom of page and click box (to change to Managed Payments).

I have the same problem Try to make a label for $3.35 first class. This is the message I got
"Your pending payouts are not enough for this transaction."
So check my balance I have $11.00 more then enough. This just started today. footnote: ebay just sent me $189.00 to my bank

My Ebay doesn't show a Sold in the listing.
If the item does not show as SOLD in one of these screens, then it didn't sell. Maybe you are relying on FAKE email notifications dishonest buyers have sent you.

You could print from Pirateship since they will have the addresses preloaded for you. You could print from Paypal or USPS if you manually enter the addresses.
Message 8 of 8 "Your pending payouts are not enough for this transaction."
I was an early enrollee in Managed Payments and the ability to pay from pending funds was not operational in September of 2018. I still log on to Paypal and transfer money from my checking account to my Paypal balance to cover the cost of shipping labels. So keeping some money in Paypal enables you to print labels when you have a cash flow drought in Managed Payments.

You'd have to link your eBay account to Pirateship - that's easy. Paypal you'd have to use their label creation page and it's a hassle because you have to enter all of the information for each label.

I did each of those. Still can’t print. Thanks

I don’t want to try Pirateship and wouldn’t know how to get there. Thanks.

I go to My Ebay, then Selling, then Orders, then Awaiting Shipment, then print label. Can’t print the label. Thanks.
