Not able to list items - Receive error message

I've been inactive for a number of years, but trying to post some items for sell. It keeps saying "we've encountered an error on our end, please try later"

I never had any issues with my account, and simply stopped listing.

Does that mean you've contacted eBay via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter?

I would imagine you can't pay because you don't have the proper (changed) payment process in place.....You now need to have your bank account registered in ebay for payments......if you haven't done that, probably not going to get any where.....

When you go to make a one-time payment you put in a CC number.   

And I've actually tried updating my info but cannot go to anything without it showing an error message.

You need to contact Ebay.
