Once the buyer pays for the item, you must send it then, you do not wait until after eBay sends you the money. You send the item immediately. If you are a new seller ebay holds all of your funds for 2-3 weeks before they send you any money to make sure you are sending the items out, and the items are being properly received. This 2-3 weeks is a trial period for you, and if you messed that up, you probably will mess up your account.... Which it sounds like you already messed it up by not sending out the items that you sold. I think you need to contact eBay immediately and see if your account can still be saved. Also, you need to really read up on how to sell on this site. From your post it looks like you have the order of how things go a bit askew. You first need to list the item, once it sells - and once the buyer actually pays for the item.... you ship it out. IF you are able to print your own labels, use eBay to print out the label, and then you drop it off to the carrier (or arrange for a pick-up). If everything goes well, you will receive your money into your bank account from eBay. MOST of the time, even now (and I've been selling here for years), I am shipping items out before the money is even processed, leave alone sent to me from eBay. This is how this works. They haven't cheated me out of money or anything. But you have to do things the right way. And you just aren't.
