Is anyone else having a problem with winning bidders not paying? I've had several winning bids not pay and now I have 3 I'm waiting for payment over 4 days. I've sent reminders and email. Does eBay do anything to non payers?

You better go through this. This is the best article for your concern

Winning bidders don’t actually have to pay. What usually happens is that after a certain number of days has passed, eBay will give you the option of relisting the item, at which point you can either relist or continue to wait for payment. It’s up to you as the seller. There is no consequence for buyers failing to pay.

As a summary, I have quoted some information from ebay for you. Please refer the below paragraph.
"Sellers don't need to open unpaid item cases any longer. Instead, orders can be canceled if a buyer hasn't paid within 4 calendar days. If you still have open unpaid item cases, you have 36 days from the date they were opened to close them. If you don't close them within 36 days, we'll close them for you, but you won't be eligible for a final value fee credit and the unpaid item won't be recorded on the buyer's account."
However, I suggest you to go for the next best alternative. Give your next immediate bidder a chance to pay when the winner is not paying.

eBay now will, on the fifth day, cancel the transaction, refund your FVF and give the buyer a strike.
Two strikes in twelve months will mean that most smart sellers will refuse to deal with that buyer.
Do some more reading.

Your answer is lacking some important information about non-paying bidders.

there are plenty of consequences to bidders who fail to pay
some of them are real cry babies.they might not stiff me but they are blocked none the less for stiffing other sellers.
I have pleny of customers who have failed to pay others and are blocked from bidding with me because of 2 strikes

one of the best things I like about MP is you are not charged FVF anymore until payment
I think refunds of FVF are a thing of the past....... because unless they have paid then there is nothing to refund.
of course if they have paid you will have to come up with some $$ if they want to cancel on you

eBay *can* do this on the fifth day. You must make sure you have turned the setting that instructs eBay to do so.

You may want to read your ebay policies on non paying bidders again as your post is incorrect.
Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Thanks I knew that but wondering if other sellers are getting a lot of non payment buyers?

Thanks. Is there a way to determine if bidders have strikes for non payment?

Thanks for that reminder! I actually knew this and meant to say that was the way it works, but somehow lost that info somewhere between my brain and my typing fingers.

In seller hub --> Shortcuts --> Block Bidders
Make sure in there that the non payment bidders is set to your preferences

EBay makes this claim but there is nothing out there to back it up. The way they favor the buyers I am guessing this never really happens. If it does eBay should publish it since it is detrimental to their image and consumes excessive resources.
