No way for me to remove "best offer." Already tried bulk editing :(

Does anyone have any suggestions? or should I contact customer service? 

I tried the bulk editing feature (had to make a duplicate listing for that because I only have one listing) but when I get to the "remove best offer" step it shows me a message "this may take a few minutes" and then the window just closes without making the change. Could this be my browser? I haven't sold anything in ages so I'm clueless as to how to remove these new changes. Thanks!

You need to change your profile to the "advanced listing" tool.
Go to the eBay home page - and click "sell" at the top right of the screen. Then, click "advanced" on the top right of the next screen. eBay will prompt you asking if you're sure you want to switch - yes, you want to switch. Now all of your listing layouts will have everything, including the "best offer" checkbox.
