No payouts for 6 weeks, site says "Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details"

Account details are correct, eBay concierge has verified. Over 20 phone calls have resulted in - NOTHING. Latest agent was set to call me back at certain time. NOTHING. Payout due up near 10 thousand now with no resolution. 

I have to use savings to pay for inventory. HELP!

Did your issue with eBay get resolved?

They are doing the same thing to me. No

payout for 6 weeks.  They are telling me there is a registration issue but they don’t need nothing from me. Just to sit and wait for undetermined amount of time.

Don’t bother. I tried messaging Facebook eBay for business. Got a bot answer. 

also emailed the ceo- nothing.
