No notification of sold items via email.

I am not being notified via email that my items have sold. Therefore it is sometimes several days before I realize my items have sold. Is there a way to turn on email notification?

A super easy fix to your problem. First off NEVER check email for selling and secondly ALWAYS sign into your Ebay account at least once a day.

I'm waiting for a better answer. If they can  notify you for other reasons then they should be able to notify you when an item sells.

There is no better answer. Why would you wait 4 days to check your Ebay sales. You can do it on the phone in about 15 seconds.

From MANY posts on this over the years.........the ONLY answer to is check the Ebay site itself for sales.  Emails can go astray.........even if they are properly sent.......  You will only hurt yourself if you don't take the time to actually check ebay............

@economeister  There is a better answer.   The answer is to check your Communication Preferences in your eBay profile to be sure that you are receiving the comms you want.   It's not a good idea to SOLELY rely on email, but there's no problems with using it & just checking in on SH once a day or so.  I use emails all the time.

Go into Account Settings>Settings>Account Preferences>Communication Preference>Seller , then just go through all the options.   Specifically you want to be sure ITEM SOLD is turned on, but go through all of them, while you're in there.

ETA: While eBay does occasionally have problems with their sending of emails, it's quite rare & often widespread when it happens.   I haven't had an issue in years.

Also, note that the instructions I gave above are for emails, as the OP requested.  In reference to App notifications, you need to go into your phone's Notifications & turn it on there.
