No more eBay

I sold an item on eBay on Tuesday when eBay took the customer’s funds.

Was told the funds were available on Wednesday.

Also, the “Free Listing” Fees take up 10% of the selling price.

Now, being told the funds were transferred and the funds won’t be available for another 1-3 days.

EBay is pulling the old 5 days for checks to clear scam.

They are also not forthcoming with the actual fees when you put the item up for sale.

So, after 24 years and a 100% buyer/seller rating, it’s time to tell eBay to get out.

We all wish you luck.  Unfortunate for you that the “street cred” of being around for more than two decades doesn’t get you anything.  If you sell on eBay, you have to prove yourself every sale.

And, that's probably the BEST reason to make my exit.

I'll find something better.
