No longer able to send Best Offers on any desktop computers

For about a week now, I have not been able to send offers to buyers on a desktop computer.

I have 3 computers I use for my business, and none of them will send an offer. I've tried clearing browser caches and history, but nothing make any difference. 

The page never fully loads anymore. It does not matter what Items I try to send offers on, none work. 

I usually have 50-100 items I could send offers on too.

My computers aren't ancient either, two of the three are only a few years old.

All three computers use Windows 10. I also have tried several different browsers, including Edge, but again, nothing works.

I don't see this on the Ebay known technical issues page. It's getting extremely frustrating too, I resell for a living.

Good suggestion. VPN can be maddening.

I have learned to use it only when I'm out and about, not on "trusted" networks.

Have you enabled popups?

Bummer, that's what I was reading as well. It seems to affect a fair amount of users but isn't listed as a "known technical issue".

To reiterate, the following have all been tried or checked:

* Windows 10 updates are current

* Cookies and browsing history deleted

* Modem reset

* Tried 3 different Windows 10 computers and 3 different browsers

* Multiple Restarts

* Popups enabled

* I do not use VPNs

* I do not use any security program or firewall

If all three of your computers are on the same network, try sending an offer using another network to rule out a network issue.

If the problem is with a particular page, try sending an offer using an alternate page.

It began working at random after 2+ weeks. 

I was also never using an adblocker.
