I sold an item and buyer moved before receiving and left no forwarding address. I received the item back. They now have contacted me again and want me to send it to a new address. How do I charge for shipping again?

What I would do is give refund minus shipping on the return and re-post listing and tell buyer to buy again.

@breral40 I am in the middle of something similar ... item was returned to me with a sticker from USPS that forwarding service failed. I messaged the Buyer asking about their address, if they moved, etc. ... that was a month ago so I have no clue what is going on with them, I guess at the 60 day mark I Relist the item.
It may be possible to cancel the transaction if the Buyer can message you to do so, then you can Relist it and they can buy it again at their new address.
