How to get Rid of Negative Available Balance?

How in the world do I get rid of this negative available balance? Is it a bad thing? Does it mean I owe money and if so, how do I make that payment!

Sell something else so the 'Pending' wipes it out; or MP will just collect that amount from your bank account.
