Re: No delivery

What I don't understand is is they got 20 pictures of the items and bought them and bought them and sent them back the next day they got them got their money back but I never got nothing so they got to keep my items and get their money back why I got nothing and all eBay could say is it was delivered it was delivered no it wasn't

@renewhitne-9

If you did not open up an "item not received" case within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you can no longer use the eBay Money Back Guarantee program.

And most credit card companies (as well as PayPal) will not honor "item not received" cases after 180 days.

So eBay can not assist you.

Re: No delivery

You should have done it in 30 days on estimated date of delivery which is 1 month.

You are 8 months too late.....including a credit card dispute.

Your explanation is not entirely clear.

It sounds as if your buyer bought items from you, but then sent them back the next day -- but they actually didn't return anything.

And you refunded the buyer, before receiving your items back.

Does that sound right?

If so, there's still nothing that eBay can do -- you should never refund a buyer, until you receive your items back.

Re: No delivery

Why would an experienced seller refund a buyer unless/until he had received the item back?

Or did you fail to respond to an NAD case, thus allowing eBay to refund the buyer without requiring return of the item?

Your original post leaves out a lot of essential information and your following one did not add much to clarify what happened.

Nine months?  It's lucky it was only consumer goods and not a baby.

Re: No delivery

It sounds like maybe you sold an item or items with 20 photos in the listing and someone bought them and filed for a refund the next day and got their money back at some point... and you never received the returned items but tracking showed they were delivered...

If that was the case, eBay reps saw that tracking said delivered and closed the case after the refund was issued. If they had to issue it because you failed to do so you earned a defect on your account and didn't get your final value fees back.

It sounds like your buyer shipped something back with a tracking number and it would have been up to you to investigate what happened to that package 9 months ago.

Re: No delivery

Ebay offers a 30 day return policy.  Unfortunately you are way beyond that time.  If you had opened a case for item not received about 8 months ago and the item wasn't delivered, you'd likely of been refunded.  I'm sorry but it is simply too late now.  Ebay isn't going to be able to help you.

I hope this wasn't an expensive item.

Re: No delivery

There is not enough information to tell what is going on with your issue. Assuming you are the buyer. How did you "report to eBay for 9 months" did you open an official INR case? If not what did you do? You are probably well beyond the time limit for filing an eBay INR but you can try.

If that fails you can try an INR chargeback with your CC company but you may be beyond their time limit as well.
