I have two of the same item to sell in a Buy it Now format. How do I do that with a single listing

Where circled, change this to 2, instead of 1.

If the items are exactly identical -- with absolutely NO differences -- simply change the quantity, as described by @candd205 .
However, if there are physical differences (scratches or other markings) between the two items, create TWO individual listings by simply changing a few words in your listing title for each item.
This can easily be accomplished by simply reversing a few words in one listing title, so that the one listing title is slightly different from the other (example -- "blue child's toy" rather rather "child's blue toy").
No problem.

Be aware if you do sell similar the quantity will remain at 2 unless changed.

We list them one at a time, then sell similar when the first one sells. We have a separate tote that we keep multiples in and keep a tallied note on the outside. That way I know what I have in stock and do not get the inventory mixed up, or dinged for being out of stock.
Hope this helps😊
