I'm was wondering why this was posted as such. Because There WAS a Resolution. I refunded all the money back. It was refunded before I was able to check to see how the item arrived. I thought what am I going to do, so let it go. But then the other day I went to check a listing and the negative feedback is right on top. The first one anyone see's and that was almost 6 months ago. I don't think that's right to do when I'm doing all I can to receive positive Feedback.

IDK, sellers have up to 60 days to get a feedback revised or removed.
The feedback link is not clickable. If the sale was less than 60 days ago, I am sure that it would be.
What do you mean by "feedback link"? Not the sale, the date the FB was posted, then 60 days. I realize none of us can see that date, but the seller does have 60 days to try and get Ebay to remove it if that is the desire of the seller. Ebay may or may not agree that it should be removed.
No we can’t see the exact date on the feedback but there are clues. The link to the listing in the seller’s feedback is not clickable. If the listing was sold 90 days ago or less we should be able to click on the link to see the original listing. We can’t do that , the link is not clickable. Or if was less that 90 days we should be able to copy and paste the listing number and see the sold listing. That listing number doesn’t come up on eBay. Hence my comment that it is likely too late to have feedback removed.

OK, thank you.
