I have been in customer with eBay for 12 years. This past year with the new owners has been a nightmare. I have been punished for not shipping according to the way they want it done. The punishment has been two-thirds of my merchandise removed from my shop and restricted to how many items I can post for sale. I am being charged premium store price but I only have basic number of merchandise allowed I am overpaying for the store. I have contacted eBay numerous times over the past 6 months to correct this error but with no reply whatsoever. Not only am I overpaying for the shop I am now forced to pay one month in advance for the shop. I'm being charged premium store prices but only receiving basic store benefits. I want a rebate, a refund, for the services I am being denied.

Maybe they're getting ebay confused with Bonanza?

You can ship any way you want, as long as it's done within a day like your listings say.
Are you shipping within your handling time?

The reference to "new owners" indicates to me that the OP (a) is not a serious seller and (b) most assuredly pays inadequate attention to her account (note her neutrals/negatives in particular -- cancellations and shipping the wrong items).
Sort of like those sellers who post here once in a while who will comment on how much eBay's interface has changed from 15 years ago (presumably the last time they listed something here).
That she does not understand that there are consequences to her actions is not the least bit surprising, to me anyway.

Going through @georgiaalbert 's posts, she seems to not enjoy Ebay any longer and has also posted something about treaty violations.
No offense to her, but, it sounds like Ebay is not a good fit for her. I don't think any of these theories of hers are true, but I have also lost the joy of selling on Ebay, and just doing it on the side, now. It still is my preferred online marketplace, but the times have changed.

You are going to have to work your way out of this dilemma on your own. eBay won't be refunding or providing rebates. You sound like you are also incurring an additional 6% in Final Value Fees for being a below standard seller.
The seller defects you have garnered over the past year drop off after one year, thus your Seller ratings will improve over the course of a year if you do not have any more defects added.
It is all up to you. Keep an eye on your Seller Dashboard and Seller Metrics. Best of luck to you.
