Nike has reached legal settlement to recall Satan shoes, but Ebay still has plenty for sale

Backstory : The company MSCHF modified 666 Nike Air Max 97 shoes as a promotional stunt for singer Lil Nas X's new song. Nike sued the company, and has not reached a settlement, with the company agreeing to recall the shoes.

Plenty of the MSCHF Satan shoes have been sold on Ebay and many are currently on Ebay. How is MSCHF going to get them all back?

I have no interest whatsoever in the shoes , just curious on Ebay's position on this matter considering the lawsuit by Nike and the settlement.

The PR firm does not want the shoes back; the PR firm wants the money and the ongoing controversy.

A voluntary recall serves the PR firm's interests; no one that was willing to spend $1018 on a pair of shoes in hopes of the value appreciating is going to voluntarily return them for a refund as long as they think that there are others out there willing to spend more than that to obtain them.

Publicizing this story only benefits the PR firm's bottom line further.
