If you have reached your listing limits opening will not change that. Have you reached your limit?

It appears that you are new here as of 1 June 2020.
Since you are a new seller here, eBay puts selling limits on your account to help you grow your business in a manageable way and to ensure you can give your buyers great service. As you get more comfortable meeting buyer demand, eBay will increase your limit.
Until you show that you have a track record of delivering on time and customers being satisfied and not a lot of returns filed against you, it will be difficult to get eBay to increase your limits.
My son just recently started selling and it has been two months, sold about 30 items I think and he hasn't received an increase yet. He has shown the ability to deliver on time and he hasn't had any requests for a return or item not as described.
However, it doesn't hurt to try and request an increase. Here is the link to eBay's selling limits page, where you can request for an increase there.
Hope this helps!

Opening a Store Subscription does not increase your selling limits.
Call eBay and cancel your Store until you have enough of a limit to use a Store.
In the meantime ...
Make sure that you have completed your Account profile.
You must have valid shipping and return addresses set up
You must have a valid phone number
You must have a valid payment method on file to pay your fees.
Your PayPal account must be set up to receive payments and linked to your eBay Account. Or, you must be signed up for Managed Payments (MP is by invitation only. If you have not yet been invited, you will be soon).
If your limit is 0 items and 0 dollars after you have set up your account, then contact eBay. Use the "Call Us" link at the bottom of the seller limits page that I linked below.
From outside of the U.S., you can use social media to contact eBay
https://Facebook.com/ebay
Use Private Messaging on the social sites. Do not post any personal information on the public page.
If you have an actual limit, you must prove to eBay that you can fulfil your obligations as a seller before they will raise your limits. You cannot ask for an increase before 90 days.

As a new seller, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures for selling. Start reading here:

Also ... familiarize yourself with the MBG:

You do not have to open a "store" to be able to sell on eBay.
As a new seller, you will have limits that will not allow you to use all the fringe benefits of having a store.
In other words, you're paying for something you can't use.

It may have something to do with you being registered in Jordan and selling electronically delivered itune gift cards which were listed in the wrong category. Your completed auctions also state delivery by USPS.
