New seller. Positive I'm being scammed.

 Something like this happened to me once, a buyer bought a $200 item then claimed it was inop. When I got it back it worked. I was out about $35 for shipping.  The item had a serial # so wasnt switched.

While all sorts of nefarious reasons ran through my head I was left with this reality:

Why would buyers float $200 for weeks to buy something then just get their money back- maybe with some hassle if at all?

I guess if it were a tux or a party dress well okay thats an angle. Free rental. 

So no reason to assume the worst even tho that could be true.

Some people can be flakes or jerks. Not a lot you can do but be thankful they are few.

So, I recieved the comic back this morning, and I must admit I am quite confused.

There is no tear.

He read the book. Then he returned it.

Happens to booksellers all the time, although most bookbuyers are also collectors so it is uncommon though not rare.

The ladies who sell prom dresses have similar problems.
