I am a new eBay merchant, but my personal account is a star-account with well over 100 satisfactory transactions.
Using the same credit card, etc, I just registered our Inter-Faith Art and Merchandise store as an Ebay vendor.
When I try to make a listing, I get the error of "Request Higher Selling Limits"
What is wrong here? Why can I not list?

All new accounts have selling limits, what does the amount say on your summary page ?
your profile says you just joined today, when did you create the new account ?

I'm a long term ebay vendor under my name imautoparts, but I just started a new merchant account for our church store.

The new account is still "new".
It does not automatically start out with a higher selling limit, etc just because you opened it.
And if the payment account, the address, the name, etc are different, why would you expect it to? It has no history ...
You will need to call eBay and ask them to increase the limits on the new account, based on the history of your old account. If the church store is an established B&M, you can also ask them to increase the limits based on that ... you will probably have to give them some documentation on that.
