My iPhone 7 doesn’t allow me to upload the latest app. Any ideas please?

Yes you need an upgrade for your iPhone to iOS 16 or higher. 
Otherwise you can log into eBay with the web browser on your iPhone.

If your device's operating system is not new enough to support the eBay app and cannot be updated, delete the eBay app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
