Does anyone have experience with the new eBay International program that they would be willing to share? I am curious what the experience has been like. Have you run into any unexpected fees? Are returns as easy as it sounds? From what I have read it seems like a nice upgrade to the Global Shipping Program that eBay's been running for a while. I'm just looking for some user experience while we consider whether it's a good option for our business or not.

Ebay doesn't hide fees. So what kind of fees are you referring to?
I've personally had no issues with the program.

Been using it for about 4 months, had around 12-15 txs. A small problem with one of them, all the others, no problems at all. None of them were problem tx's so didn't have to use the special coverages. I've noticed it's a bit slower than GSP, but none of my buyers have complained.
There are no fees to the seller, so not sure what you're asking about there. The only issue I had is that on 1 tx, my buyer was double charged for VAT. Once by EIS & then again by her country. Ebay was familiar with this, so it was resolved quickly, once I was able to reach someone. She had a hell of a time trying to use the CSR system, since it was closed when she was awake (other side of the world). She sent me 9 screen shots of trying to reach them. Unfortunately, I couldn't solve it for her, since I'm not the one who charged the VAT. It all worked out though. All the other tx's were completely smooth.
