Yesterday was February 1st and under the New activity not yet invoiced: $$$

I have the amount of sales number that I sold and not the fees. It is basically the full 100% sales not the 10% fees. 

Something is changing again in eBay and of course, needs to be fixed.

I just checked my invoice & under new activity there was an amount added...over $100 charge... since last night. I didn't sell anything. My store renewal is Basic, so where did this amount come from? I'm not paying it!

Last nite was Thurs and they do maintenance,  anything can go wonky......plus when they compile the invoices at the end of (and mid) month, it is not correct during that time......  that's when they add store fees and do some crediting.  When it's correct, Ebay will send it to you, until then, I wouldn't worry.......

The same thing is happening to me. I always pay my seller fee after each sale, since I do not have a store and only sell 1-2 items a week usually. I sold an $8 item in the past day, and now my seller fees suddenly say I owe $37 since yesterday. I am really upset and hope eBay fixes this.

I got one sale today and the fees added to the wrong amount from yesterday are correct, but that amount was added yesterday wrongly has to be fixed. 

I would love to have that much fees for a single day $245.89   because it would mean I had couple thousand dollars in sales a single day, I usually had that much fees an entire month, not in a single day. 

I wait couple day before I will stop selling, hope this should be corrected.

I am not willing to work for free and I hope it's just an honest mistake in their programming and not a way to push out small sellers as some people suggested.

Seriously?  The numbers on the Account page are so obviously wrong it's pathetic?  What are your UAT teams doing, because it's certainly NOT testing and validating the code.

 

And eBay plans to integrate a new payment processor when they can't even get this simple webpage right?

I had the same issue. I just spoke with ebay and they said they are having a bug with the invoices. They added my account to the list of accounts with the overcharge problem. I'd suggest calling them so they can add your account to the list.

I do not have a half hour or much more extra to stay on the phone waiting for assistance. Tens of housands of people are overcharged and they are calling. That would be ridiculous that they need to put your name on a list. This "bug" does not effect few sellers, effects all.

You can't believe most of what CS tells you.  And if they say they put you on a list?  Yea right.

My call was less than 1 minute wait & cust serv rep was very nice. She quickly checked my account & found there was no reason for charge. It is on their "ticket" list to fix. It was not a frustrating process.

Seems to be affecting my IDs with an EOM billing cycle. They ALL have the amount not invoiced now added to the amount due (in effect doubling the charge)

I'm seeing the same thing, basically January fees added again. These invoices are in process, though, and they often show wierd things before they are finalized. I'm not panicking yet.

I clicked on "make a one time payment" and the amount there was NOT doubled. I don't think it was the final amount due yet, didn't seem to have subscription fees or TRS discount applied. Just a glitch, folks, wait to see what your invoice shows.
