My call was less than 1 minute wait & cust serv rep was very nice. She
quickly checked my account & found there was no reason for charge. It is
on their "ticket" list to fix. It was not a frustrating process.
I just checked my invoice & under new activity there was an amount
added...over $100 charge... since last night. I didn't sell anything. My
store renewal is Basic, so where did this amount come from? I'm not
paying it!
