New Format

The new format is awful and I wish ebay would allow us to keep the old classic view.  I hope that everyone who prefers the classic view will voice their opinion.  Ebay needs to hear us and give us the option for the classic view.

I've left several comments through the links but I doubt they read them and even if they did, if they can save a buck by not hiring a competent engineer to create something useful, then that's what they'll do.

As far as I can tell, no one at eBay who makes decisions about site design is a seller or listens to sellers. Things should get better, not much worse. The fees keep going up, though!

The new format is NOT seller friendly. The old format was easy to use. You could tell if you had relisted an item.  Now I have to copy the title do a search and if it does not show up then I get to go back and relist it. I have between 1400 - 2000 listing and sometimes I run out of stock for 2 or 3 days and when the new stock comes in I have to go through the search procedure to see if I have already re-listed it.  God help me if I list something twice - I will be suspended.  The new format will take me two or three times as long and I will see my sales go down. That said eBay will not get as much money either. Its a no win situation. Bring back the old format.

Ebay has to understand that not everyone here runs their business like a tech company, and we don't need  any micro managing. Most people here like me,  are victims of familiarity, we like what we are used to, it doesn't need to be complex. I told Ebay i need three things from them, to sell my items, to ship my items, and finally to get paid for my items. I can't make it any simpler than that!

I like the classic format.  This new one is difficult for me to maneuver and doesn't show me what I want and need to see.

I get these emails from Ebay with advice about "Improving"  my listings...I am thinking "oh, right... like you 'improved' your website?! no thanks"      LOL!!!  

when Ebay listens to the sellers I might (maybe, maybe not) listen to any 'advice' they have for me. 

I have advice for Ebay today: LISTEN TO YOUR SELLERS re: many things but especially this new layout.

Dealing with the new layout is HORRIBLE = exhausting, frustrating, time wasting, unattractive, hard on the eyes, inefficient, discouraging .... poorly done.
