So, someone purchased an item on a Thursday. I have a 3 day handling time and Sat/Sun are not working days for me.
So, the purchased item was mailed out on Monday.
I received a neutral feedback stating the item took longer than she expected to arrive but the item was as described.
Can i get this removed? Yes, I know neutral feedback stating this isn’t the end of the world but I would like to keep my 100 positive if it is something for which I met my obligations 100%. She received it 8 days after ordering.
thanks

That information could have/should have been included in the original listing.

Sometimes one picks their own poison too.

It seems it is my responsibility to ensure the post office gets items delivered by EBAYs estimated delivery date.
I will have to suck it up and expect negative/neutral feedback unless I get a private jet and handle the delivery myself.
Thanks everyone for the input. Merry Christmas
No, that's not at all what anyone said.
But you do you.

I know it doesn't. Never said it did. The point is all feedback can be appealed and it should be appealed. If the seller shipped the item on time or if there is a carrier delay due to whatever reason the neutral feedback can be removed. If Ebay decides against it the seller can just reply to the feedback. It being a real big issue varies by seller. I personally find all bad feedback an issue and would appeal if it violates policy. You mentioned before an "opinion" that is within policy though. If you have a shipping carrier delay or within handling time and bad feedback is left that violates policy.

I can see where any sort of frustration might set in...
because 8 days including Sunday
is not a bad ship time, overall.
When I purchased my items on here...
I checked shipping time
so I'm just about positive that information
would have been available to your customer.
Unfortunately, even best case scenario
I hear that feedback removal is kinda arbitrary
so 50/50 shot that it would be deemed removal worthy.
Wouldn't hurt to try if even possible for a neutral, though
experience tells me that sitting for a whole year and looking at it
kinda drags that frustration out.

There is also the added benefit that your customers won't be expecting prompt shipping when they read that comment, so might not be as big of an issue going forward. (Sorry that was a bit of a joke.)
In my mind, if it arrived in the estimate time stated by eBay, then it was on time, but that is just my opinion.
