So, someone purchased an item on a Thursday. I have a 3 day handling time and Sat/Sun are not working days for me.
So, the purchased item was mailed out on Monday.
I received a neutral feedback stating the item took longer than she expected to arrive but the item was as described.
Can i get this removed? Yes, I know neutral feedback stating this isn’t the end of the world but I would like to keep my 100 positive if it is something for which I met my obligations 100%. She received it 8 days after ordering.
thanks

In your listing you also say these 3 items an NEW and unused but state this in your description -
"..... the unwrapped one is 3.3 oz. (So it is slightly less than completely full skein) When I use my yarn I unwind it as delivered and re-cake them with my spindle and the one weighing in at 3.3 was re-caked by me so I must have needed just a touch more to finish my project....."
Sounds used from here - items can't be almost new by eBay's definitions.
The buyer felt that your shipping was slow - that is their opinion - not harmful. Most people that have paid for an item want it promptly - - when I sold on eBay sold with 1 day or same day handling (PO scanned) it was in USPS hand 5.5 days a week unless there was a holiday. My choice - buyers liked my "fast" ship and stated so in their FB and came back for more. The buyer and their $$ is/are
King/Queen in my book - sold for a a living for 41.5 years
Here is how eBay calculates your FB percentage - "(Don't Worry Be Happy" re BobMarley just click on the O with an ! in the middle on your Feedback profile - been there a long time.

Ok I can see your point and did not consider that but will moving forward. (I assure you, I had no intention to deceive or otherwise be non-compliant) The price of the items reflected used prices and I weighed each skein. Her issue was not with the item so while I will use your information going forward, I am concerned about her feedback reflecting the shipping speed, which i cannot control.
Is this something I can have removed? Thank you.

What you need to do is appeal the feedback through the system and let Ebay make a decision. Say this is a carrier/shipping issue which is out of your control. Then wait for a decision from Ebay. If they rule against you then you could try to call into Ebay and ask an agent to submit a report in regards to it. See what happens then. If it still gets denied both times then the feedback stands.

Neutral FB DOSE NOT affect a sellers FB percentage - . eBay won't remove it + no real issue here with the the OP - kick back and relax.
Heck how many people received a A's K-12 or 4.0s on their report card or college transcripts - didn't come close here- but I did earn a B S major with B A minor sheepskin and a quick learner

In the listing where your buyer made the purchase, there was an estimated delivery date.
Did the item arrive to the buyer within that time frame?

I have seen that for items not delivered, but as this was delivered last week, where would I find that information now?

Well, that is why we are allowed to choose our handling times. I have chosen not to commit to same day or 1 day handling and I do not receive the discount because of my choice.
I have many reviews stating fast shipping. It all depends upon when the item is ordered and when I went to the post office- when it gets shipped. In the case of this post, the order came in just as I returned from the post office. I am a low volume seller and will not go to the post office 5.5 days a week.
If Ebay gave her an expectation, that is also beyond my control.
I sell very low volume and you made the choice as you did. Why allow us the choice then if an expectation is same day shipping?
We are allowed these choices, I chose mine for reasons that are my own, and I met my obligation. Her perceived experience as to how long it took me to mail it out is hers to have, but not hers to give me a feedback score that is less than positive when the realm of shipping days, from the beginning, is 3 days.

The obvious key information is the shipping timeframe and the delivery timeframe.
You chose the shipping services you offer, and you hired them to deliver the item on your behalf. So while delays are not your fault and may be out of your control, they are still your responsibility. Because when you chose to sell here, you accepted eBay's terms.
eBay has a feedback policy that explains when they will remove feedback.
https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-regulations-policies/ebay-policies/feedback-policy/
It says:
eBay removes neutral/negative feedback when the buyer is referencing:
- A delivery issue where tracking shows eBay that the delivery or handling time expectations were met
So if your shipping time was met or the buyer got it in the delivery window, it sounds like eBay should remove it.

I don’t know Where can I find that information? I know it is there when the order is placed but it is gone now.
If they did not, and EBAY took my longest handling time and estimated a delivery time based upon post office expectations, how could I have done anything differently?
I tell EBAY when I am going to mail out my items and they should give an estimate based upon the latest date. In this case that would have been 1 day later than when i actually sent it out.

I don’t understand your point in the context of this situation.
So, if EBAY gives them an estimated delivery date and I meet all my expectations as per EBAYs terms, and the post office delays shipment, it is my responsibility? My responsibility is to abide by my agreed terms and I did so.

I am going to stop monitoring this post.
It seems it is my responsibility to ensure the post office gets items delivered by EBAYs estimated delivery date.
I will have to suck it up and expect negative/neutral feedback unless I get a private jet and handle the delivery myself.
Thanks everyone for the input. Merry Christmas

Yes, it still your responsibility. And as an aside, not all delivery issues are the post offices fault. Even when they ship ontime, sellers can ...

For on time shipping, what matters is the date of the first scan of the tracking number, which is what eBay uses to determine whether you shipped on time. (i.e. not the date the label was printed, or the date you dropped it off .. but rather the date the carrier first scanned it.)
For delivery, what matters is the date of the delivery scan.
Both of these are available from the post office using the tracking number from the package.
