I had a customer leave me a neutral feedback saying "where is my order, Not delivered". So I left 2 messages on Fri asking what was wrong. Her order was delivered that day and she ordered 8 more on the same day. She left me a feedback for the latest order of "Excellent". I gave her the weekend to respond which she did not. So I go to Requests and Disputes and there it says I have none. Where do I go to ask to have it removed. I know its no big deal but I don't want it on my record. I don't deserve it. Thanks in advance Folks.

Why not a calm and professional reply? Something like: Hard to understand this FB. Tracking shows delivered plus buyer placed another order the same day the first was delivered. Confused me with another seller?

Thank You for your response. I found the tab I was looking for. Its the tab for Top Rated Plus sellers to ask eBay to remove a feedback that is out of my control. Just like this one.

In my opinion, it's not necessary to worry about a neutral. It doesn't count against you. A good reply might serve you better.

Engage with your buyer first by private message. Ask them to remove or amend the Neutral feedback. It DOES matter. Buyers need to understand leaving neutral feedback willy nilly (instead of messaging you to find out about the delay) is hurtful and unnecessary. Not sure why you are being told to "suck it up, it doesn't matter", it does.

It does matter when you get a neutral or negative feedback you did not deserve. I found the tab to ask eBay to remove "Willy Nilly" feedbacks form those buyers. Thats just one little perk that TRS have.
Ebay did remove that neutral feedback.
