I just received Neutral Feedback from a customer for a set of New Christmas lights. The item description included the word “mini” and had the length of 7ft long. I also took several pictures of the item.
The feedback states that when the seller (me) said “mini” I meant it. That it was smaller than she thought they’d be. 🫤 I’m not understanding the confusion. Saying what I meant was a good thing on an item description.. right??
Should I respond or let it go? Also, what could I have done to describe this item better than keyword and length measurements?
Thanks for any feedback!

TBH I’m not sure whether they whole thing lights up or just the mini light behind it. Now I feel like I need to inbox one and find out! Lol. I sold some on FB and everyone loved them so they must be cute when turned on.

The other store I run got a neutral feedback tonight complaining of the size of a travel size item that had the volume in the title and the description. Ebay deleted it for me and it was gone within 10 minutes.
