Anybody on here have the same experience where a buyer leaves neutral or negative feedback and eBay always sides with them and will not remove it? I sent a guy some brand new hand sanitizer and he left me neutral feedback because he found out he ordered the wrong thing and didn't have the proper dispenser to try it out and decided because of that to leave a "neutral" for me.
Reached out to eBay and they sided with this guy. I asked eBay what I could do differently since I sent him the exact brand new product in the listing and the photos and they told me to offer the buyer a full refund in exchange for removing the feedback!!

Your most recent Neutral feedback reads "VERY GOOD SELLER AND VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH." That does not violate any policy and will not be removed. Why would it be? It also does not affect your feedback percentage at all, so stop worrying about it.

Is this the one that you are talking about?
"Item Arrived Quickly... Unfortunately I Ordered The Wrong Size... When I Contacted Seller, Was Told He Would Look To See If He Had The 3/4" Size I Needed, Then Stopped All Communication... Never Responded To Additional Follow-Up Messages At All... So, If You Order The Right Part, then Highly Recommended... However, If There's Any Problem, Don't Expect Any Help Or Communication... You'll Be Stuck With The Wrong Part, As This Seller Has A Very Strict "No Returns/No Exchanges" Policy..."
The others look like they are true neutrals. This one looks like it was for your customer service. Ebay will not remove that one. You should have responded and worked with the customer. Sorry.

They are irrelevant neutrals so why even bother to take the time to contact Ebay. Save your contacts with Ebay to issues of more import as rest assured Ebay keeps track of how many times small sellers contact them for petty issues.

I would not worry, it makes the buyer look stupid.

I've had neutral feedback removed before, many times.

You can either not worry (Now) about it or reach out to your customers soon after the sale/delivery to follow up. (Future)

Buyer looks like an ID TEN T
I would be sure that they are blocked and move on.

I asked eBay what I could do differently
eBay cannot tell you what hypothetical actions might change another human being's reaction to a particular transaction. And the fact that there is nothing you could have done to prevent a negative feedback does not in itself make that feedback removable.
The neutral I see that I think is the issue complains about your lack of communication. Based on that, it sounds like what you could have done differently would involves providing better communication. Or offer returns.

You guys should see my negative feedbacks. How do I remove them? I clicked 'report buyer' or whatever but never heard nothing, that was weeks ago.
