Did you mean:

Negative revised

So my buyer got his money back today. I waited for him to acknowledge receipt, and then I did a feedback revision.

He revised it to a neutral, but the neutral doesn't say anything about me, my customer service, or anything like that... just an observation that mail is slow (which doesn't concern me because I tell that to my customers anyway).

Re: Negative revised

Sin, that is sooooo unfair.  We all know it's YOUR fault that the Canada mail is slow.

To cheer you up, i've given you a free 1 year membership to my "one neutral" club.   😉

Re: Negative revised

Well it is better than a neg.  If it were me, I would contact Ebay and see if I can get it removed because it talks about arriving late.  It is worth a try.

My thoughts exactly, I think it can be removed. But I'm waiting for the dust to settle. In the event he goes to look, I don't want him to see it gone 30 minutes after he revised it.

I'm just going to go about my business selling (and the stamps are moving very well this week), and deal with the feedback in a few days.

How am I going to know about your poo delivery now though?  💩  Definitely worth trying to get it removed.

Why is that of concern?  There is nothing they could do about it.

Irrational people do irrational things. He might not be able to do anything about me removing the neutral, but he can irritate me and cause drama.

I wouldn't even think twice about that neut - just carry on.

You can drive yourself crazy with all the What IFs of life.  If he starts causing other drama, there are ways to deal with that too.  Don't over think it.  Move on.

Re: Negative revised

Sometime over the last year or so, I had a neutral that disappeared about 3-4 months after it was left by the buyer. I mean, poof, and it was gone without ever contacting eBay. I was thinking eBay automagically removed it as part of the latest seller protections. There was no other reason for it to disappear as I had not even said a word to the buyer since he/she left the neutral.
