When I go to "Combined Payments and Shipping Discounts" page, and hit edit under any of the choices, nothing happens. I thought it was my computer so I tried it again on my laptop and it's the same. I've been trying all daand one time I got past that screen, and it took me to "Manage Shipping Settings". I choose "flat shipping rule" choose what I wanted from the drop down and got a "something went wrong" message. Since then, I haven't been able to get past the first step. ??
