Negative review

I had a customer leave a negative review when I reached out to them to find out more the customer informed me if I would give them the item and their money back they would change their review. Is this not extortion? What can I do because I have one negative review out of over a hundred and it is from this individual. I told him that it was not going to happen that I would keep the negative review and never do business with them again.

Because it's bothered me and I just found out there is a way to talk about it with other sellers. I am brand new at this why does it bother you? Are you someone who does this kind of thing to new sellers are something? I am utilizing my resources and researching it to find out if it is a regular occurrence. I can post anything I want whenever I get ready. You don't have to respond if your going to be rude about it. I have the right to ask or post anything I want to whenever I get ready. What makes it your business? If you can't give positive information keep yourself out of this discussion. Be professional or butt out.

Just because someone doesn't tell you what you were hoping to hear doesn't mean that they're rude. Presumably, you came here for helpful and accurate advice and possibly, constructive criticism.

We aren't here to stroke you, empathize you if it's not warranted or to be your friend. But you WILL get good advice from the regulars even when it's not what you'd been hoping to hear.

Even buyers and sellers who've been here for years can always learn something new or might be mistaken about something. Having an error pointed out isn't "non-professional."

And just as you certainly can come and post what you want, you don't have the right to tell others that they can't respond to you.

Re: Negative review

They were talking about a washing machine. I posted about negative reviews on cameras.
