There are only a few ways feedback is eligible for removal.

 

It is better to concentrate on keeping your Buyer satisfied and honoring all aspects of the transaction as a trading partner.  If you do that, your odds of receiving negative feedback are very low.

How could an opinion be unfair?

 

Whatever you are selling. If you were to stand on the corner and give away 100 of them for free to complete strangers, 10 will find something to complain about. 

 

Don't even worry about feedback.  What you need to do is focus on keeping your service metrics perfect. 0% late shipments. 100% tracking uploaded on time. 0 cases closed without seller resolution.

 

If your item descriptions aren't accurate or you make mistakes, customers are going to return things and it is going to cost you time and money. If you focus on that, all of your feedback issues go away. You will still make a mistake or get a spiteful buyer once in a while but that's life.
