Such a lovely person. Here is the proof I tried to give the refund & sent him an email explaining I have funds in waiting from a recent sale & would try to refund again once those funds clear. I do not have a credit card to put on file to give the refund. I thought eBay would send the refund & take the money from my delayed funds & bank account. He lies twice in his negative. Says I ignored the refund request & never mailed the item. Both are untrue. Do you feel as I do - he will just keep the item when it arrives & not reimburse me? Dealing with this nonsense might just be the nail in the coffin for quitting eBay.

Yep. I'm a scammer! Once a year, I randomly try to steal from someone when I KNOW eBay will refund the money anyway. Good plan! My account is set up properly. How do you think eBay refunded the buyer? Refunded them in a way that I was not allowed to. With pending funds & MY bank acct.

LOL! yes - eBay is not for me. Only been on here since spring of 2001.

Love how someone with 637 feedback is telling a seller with over 4,000 how eBay / shipping works.

Never said you were a scammer, just that you made yourself look like one.
You would have been better off just replying to that feedback with something like.
"I'm very sorry for the delay in your refund. EBay is experiencing some technical issues however the problem is being investigated and the refund will be issued shortly. EBay will issue a confirmation with your refund details once it's resolved. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send me a message. Thank you for your patience in this matter."
That's really rough version of what I'd write. What you wrote just looks bad to me.

What you wrote about 'a scammer' should have been phrased differently if that isn't what you were implying. The buyer had been impatient since the beginning so I definitely would not thank them for their patience. All he had ever done was accuse me of trying to rip him off. No reason to be polite; especially when he was lying. "He ignored my requests for a refund." "He never mailed my item." I sent him 2 messages about it & tried to refund but eBay's backwards site didn't allow it. I DID MAIL IT! I have ZERO patience for ignorant buyers. I held my tongue at the beginning. Enough was enough!

I'm sorry if you misinterpreted what I said.
The use of 'looks' should imply my intention accurately.
You wouldn't thank them for their patience because they were not patient prior ?
Your attitude isn't very professional, but it's your business you do you.

I do not pander to people who are rude from the start. I was polite & explained everything calmly until they started accusing & lying. If you owned a store & a customer came back 3 times with their nonsense, would you want them to come back or would you tell them to leave your store & don't come back?

Like I said you do you.
I am only stating how I see the situation from the outside.
I don't see professionalism, I see lack of customer service, and very defensive attitude.
These are not things as a buyer I'd trust to make my purchases. Your response to feedback isnt for the person who left it but for potential new customers.

If a buyer only goes by that 1 feedback & ignores the 1000s of positives, I don't need or want them as a customer. If that is the kind of seller they think I am, I don't want them trying the same stunt. 🙂

I don't know how it works in Canada. All I have to do prove my online sales income is show them a copy of my tax returns.
I have a couple of unsecured credit lines at different banks and I supplied both of them copies of my tax returns to get them.

NOT TRUE. In your other thread about this same buyer, you said he wrote to you 6 days after purchase to ask when are you going to ship? He wasn't expecting to see the item in his Texas mailbox from Canada already, just proof that you had actually shipped his item, and that it was on its' way. And what would that proof be? How many times do we have to say this to you???
If you can't buy tracked labels online and can't get to the post office, maybe this really isn't for you, just like you were saying in the other thread. People expect tracking, and eBay backs that expectation. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.
To be fair, Americans expect tracking, Canadians don't.

Banks in Canada look at tax returns, but they do not take "eBay Sales" even with tax returns as "income". I have significant eBay sales (even though I don't get to keep most of the money), and the bank said "you can sell all your stuff and have nothing else to sell and you won't be able to pay your mortgage". I was able to get the mortgage anyway, but the HST monthly remittances and bank statements proved my income in spades, yet the bank wouldn't even look at it.

So if you buy something from me, I could just keep telling you I shipped it, and you would take my word for it indefinitely? And the same goes for all Canadians?

I am thoroughly convinced that you don’t want help, and that you never have wanted it. For years and years, you have been complaining about sales yet are extremely defensive when any suggestion is made, and carry an attitude that you do everything the right way, with no room for improvement.

You made me look at the history. -Wow, never seen such consistent complaining. And you're right, outright rejection of help -look, even preemptive rejection.
So @sakic92710 why DO you post here? What do you want from the Community?
