Such a lovely person. Here is the proof I tried to give the refund & sent him an email explaining I have funds in waiting from a recent sale & would try to refund again once those funds clear. I do not have a credit card to put on file to give the refund. I thought eBay would send the refund & take the money from my delayed funds & bank account. He lies twice in his negative. Says I ignored the refund request & never mailed the item. Both are untrue. Do you feel as I do - he will just keep the item when it arrives & not reimburse me? Dealing with this nonsense might just be the nail in the coffin for quitting eBay.

You wouldn't like it in San Francisco....always in the 50-60's every day...and rain only 3 months out of the year.
I wouldn't know what to do with an air-conditioner or a heater if I had one. LOL

I was talking about shipping without tracking and losing INR cases and posting about it.
Anyways, stick with the chicken strips and slaw at that place you like.
Mickey D's is no bueno.

I'm pretty sure this is the same item/buyer he made the other recent post about.

That would be in the summer.

But if the OP had tracking, he/she could stave off the closure of the case as long as tracking was showing movement.
But without tracking, there's no proof that the item was shipped.
Charge enough for shipping to include tracking and this problem wouldn't be an issue.

@sakic92710 wrote:When I want to initiate the refund, I cannot use pending funds & my bank account but when eBay steps in to refund, they can. Complete nonsense! There was no reason for eBay to get involved. I would refund. Just make it possible for sellers to use THEIR funds to do so!
I don’t understand that. I don’t have a cc attached to my account. My bank account is also designated to pay ‘seller fees’ and I’ve never had a problem refunding.

Hey I’ll switch you locations. I’ll live in Hawaii and you can live in Alberta 😁

My Tangerine card allows online purchases.

I don't have transportation. It is winter. It is a 50-55 min. round trip, on foot, to the PO. Not going to pay $20 for a ride back & forth. Not going to walk in the weather to add tracking a little bubble mailer. It is not always convenient to send via tracking; especially for inexpensive purchases. Buyer is impatient. Fortunately, most of them are not. He was complaining about not receiving his mail 6 days after I mailed it. I knew he would be a headcase from that moment.

No, sorry. "I tried to refund & showed you proof. I do not have the funds in my eBay account yet & do not have a credit card to add to make a payment," is best addressed in a message and not on feedback for the entire world to see.

I have no concern about it. My days of selling on eBay are over or will be extremely limited. Over 2 years of eBay being almost a complete failure for me. The eBay interference in sales & the buyers are getting worse to deal with & the percentage we lose on payout is not worth the hassle.

NOT TRUE. In your other thread about this same buyer, you said he wrote to you 6 days after purchase to ask when are you going to ship? He wasn't expecting to see the item in his Texas mailbox from Canada already, just proof that you had actually shipped his item, and that it was on its' way. And what would that proof be? How many times do we have to say this to you???
If you can't buy tracked labels online and can't get to the post office, maybe this really isn't for you, just like you were saying in the other thread. People expect tracking, and eBay backs that expectation. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.

OP looks like a scammer.
Feedback response 'I tried to refund', yeah no that doesn't work.
Not the buyers fault you don't have your account set up properly.

Ya's a got's a use trackin'! If they aint's no trackin' just uh askin' for a crackin!
Could always go with the:
"Greetings Mista' customer,
You're parcel is in our shipping queue being prepared and should dispatch within twenty four hours. Please do not be inpatient (<--- LOL!) I can assure you that your parcel will arrive safely."
