Recently received negative feedback on a item that buyer claimed was fake?? Number one this item is only made,by original manufacture and has never been reproduction. It is getting ridiculous that buyers can go in and just leave negative feedback and have,no justification at all for it.Not one correspondence from the buyer stating any issue, what so ever!!

Well, I see in your rush to call the buyer a scam artist, you went and left the feedback for the wrong buyer.
And it's a policy violation to leave negative comments for a buyer, and you have done it more than once. If the feedbacks are reported they will be removed and you will receive policy strikes on your account.
Perhaps it would have been a better idea to contact the buyer to see if the issue could be resolved first before calling your buyer, and the wrong buyer a scam artist.

Yikes! You really buggered this one up.
For the future, an appropriate response to that negative would be something like "100% guaranteed authentic. Please return for a refund if you're not happy." not "We refuse to be scammed!!!" What you wrote makes you look like a hothead. Do you stand behind your products? Let everyone looking at your feedback know that you do.
As for that feedback you've left, ebay did away with negative feedback for buyers for a reason. I suggest you read this thread: Account Restricted for Leaving Honest Feedback for Buyer...
Before leaving ANY feedback (including replying to feedback received), take a few minutes to cool down. That feedback you left in error is horrifying.

My personal advice
for any seller reading these boards is
if you get a Negative fb...
..Wait a full 24 hours, until the next day
to consider any type of response to it.
Once you leave a follow-up, you can never change it.
And a potential buyer seeing one un-answered Neg, for 24 hours is far better
than all your future viewers, forever seeing a harmful response.
imo,
Lynn

Actually there are so many counterfeit square D breakers that there are websites devoted to them and the company put out a pdf on how to spot a counterfeit. You really shouldn't be selling counterfeits.
You beat me to posting about the counterfeits.
Safety first!!!!

"Number one this item is only made,by original manufacture and has never been reproduction" (reproduced)
As others have said, there are many counterfeits that have been made of the model you sold, in fact hundreds of thousands of fake Square D breakers were distributed by electrical product distributors nationwide, and tens of thousands were recalled from unauthorized vendors selling fakes as results of lawsuits.
The fact that you didn't know this by your statement that there "has never been reproductions" means that you may also not have known that you may have sold fakes, and are still selling fakes.

Hey man...
If what *madison said is true about your leaving retaliatory feedback, I want you to know there are quite a few sellers here whose sales have been really SLOW and doing things like that certainly isn't helping, so please take as kindly as you can the advice given here.
Thank you.

Yes, it's true. You can see it right there for yourself. It's pretty ridiculous, honestly. Especially where he calls another buyer a scammer accidentally.
OP your feedback left and responses are making you look much worse than the original negative you received.
