I received a negative comment from a buyer for allegedly selling a counterfeit product, the product is generic and does not violate VERO's Ebay policy, therefore I consider this comment to be "Defamation" and I could take legal action against the buyer . What is stopping me is that I am in Venezuela and the buyer in the state of Florida USA. Some advice you can give me, because this lowers my seller performance on Ebay and I can generate sales drops for the bad comment. Attachment screenshot of the comment.

"New without tags" suggests suggests it is authentic, and even if that part of the feedback is not accurate, it will still stand because "bad packing" is opinion. It is very important to accurately describe your item to avoid negative feedback. If it is generic, then make that clear in the listing.

Honestly, I'd say the other 3 negs and 1 neutral you've received are hurting you more than this 1 neg. If this product is generic, why do you say it's original? And, your ebay profile says you're in the U.S.

Do not worry about it. how some people said in comments below, please try to be accurate in your description. do not be angry even though I understand you but if you announce one thing as original I would expect an item with its tags and logos for instance!
just see your dashboard and keep communication up with your customer. In this cases offer a partial refund helps to agree a good treat at last.
