Negative feedback, not my listing

I just received a negative feedback that said didn't receive the heater, just the stand. I didn't have a heater for sale, he bought a shirt from me. I sent him a message and explained the above but he has not replied back. How do I get this taken off my feedback?

Send the buyer a feedback revision request.. but understand if the buyer ignored your message he may ignore the revision request as well.

I don't know how to do that, can you tell me how? Won't ebay remove it for me since it was not my listing, that's just not right for me to penalized for this.

In my opinion, this feedback can be removed by ebay.

I've had such feedback removed before.

It's obviously a mistake.

I think you just need to get the right customer service agent.

In your feedback page along side of the negative you will see “send feedback revision request”.

If that doesn’t work you can go here >>> Request to remove feedback
In the box state feedback was for another seller.

If contacting the buyer does not get a response, then contact eBay.

Just reply to the feedback with something like "I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase, but I did not sell you a heater, I sold you a shirt. Perhaps you meant this feedback for another seller?"

Any reasonable potential buyer would see that response and disregard the negative.

I would try the removal tool before the using the revision request, just not to waste the request since they are limited.

I have tried everything suggested here. The problem I am having now is when I click on the negative feedback it brings up the shirt I sold him, so I'm not sure what to do. He gave positive feedback on the shirt.

It brings up the shirt because he gave the negative feedback mistakenly on the shirt, he can only leave feedback once so no he didn't leave a positive on the shirt he left a negative about a heater.
