A buyer has left me negative feedback because when he bought the lot second time, he received similar cards. Find his feedback below.
"I previously bought 4 sets and it was pretty good. I received two energy cards and trainer cards with each and only had two identical cards across all 4. So I went ahead and bought another 5 sets and was very disappointed. I care less about the holos which he said could be any generation mostly newer. The problem is I received almost all the exact same Pokémon. The chances are very slim I receive that many identical, I now have multiples of 3 for 8 of my Pokémon. Starting from bare that’s bad."
Will eBay remove this feedback??

No they will not.

This is what happens when you sell a "random allotment." Mystery packs aren't allowed for this reason.

I was thinking on same line. Buyers don't read the description at the end without contacting leaving negative feedback. eBay must nullify these kind of feedbacks while rating sellers. I am getting bad hit on listing impressions because of these fools.

I don't think eBay will remove it...

This lot isn't mystery. Pictures are uploaded. I don't what these buyer have in mind. Very frustrating.

Unlikely they will remove it.

Doubt they will remove it.
Personally i would not use pictures that included cards or other items that will not be included in the auction. Too many folks do not read the descriptions or have an idea of what they are getting. One could say that if the cards they received are not pictured in the listing (clearly), they could open an "Item not as described" because of that.
I understand your frustration and you might want to reach out to the customer to see if they would modify it. Maybe offer a discount, replacement or return if the feedback is revised.

The description says 15 random cards. That's a mystery lot.

All cards in the listing should have been described individually. Random = mystery lot. I doubt the comment will be removed.

Pictures are NOT the actual item that the buyer will receive. And the description DOES describe a disallowed mystery (NON-SPECIFIC) lot.
What you will get ??????
Total 15 Random Cards from any First generation set
(Common/Uncommon/Non Holo-Foil)
(Base/Jungle/Fossil/Rocket/Base 2/Promo/Gym Heroes/Neo).
No More than 2 Trainer.
No more than 4 Energy Cards.
No Duplicated up to 2 lots.

Count yourself fortunate that you learned of the violation through a neg feedback rather than a policy violation removal ding! The ding would impact your account; the feedback doesn't affect you and it gives you the opportunity to end the listing and relist properly.
You need to read the policy on chance/mystery listings.
The following (from the policy) applies to your lot mystery listing.
Listings that offer an opportunity to win an item by chance or contest are not allowed. This includes mystery items, giveaways, lotteries, sweepstakes, random drawings, raffles, and contests.
Listings that offer grab bags, "Box Breaks", or similar products must identify all the contents. Please note:
Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
