Negative feedback about not shipping within handling time even I shipped it mentioned days

Buyer bought a item from me. I have shipped with in the mentioned handling time. still buyer left a negative feedback saying I take long time to ship. order came on 22nd of Jan and I shipped the item on 26th of Jan. handling time was 3 days. Is there anyway to revise the feedback. I have talk with the buyer and he has not responded.

or if you do not count the 22nd

Either way you are past your stated three days.  No sure if eBay will remove negative feedback?

If the buyer hasn't responded, you haven't talked with them. You can send the buyer a feedback revision request.

Check the help pages... I assume it would apply to Sri Lankan sellers, too.

As the other poster stated, you are late in shipping. 

But, again, how are you selling from Sri Lanka?

This whole issue is completely confusing to me. How are you selling, why are you able to post here when selling is restricted?

I don't want to be unfair to you or the people of your country,  but I just don't get it.

eBay handling times are counted in business days.

January 22 = Friday

January 23 = Saturday

January 24 = Sunday

January 25 = Monday

January 26 = Tuesday

If the OP received the order on Friday, January 22, and shipped the item on Tuesday, January 26, the item was shipped within the stated 3-day handling time.

Since you did indeed ship within your stated 3-day handling time, try to contact eBay's customer service representatives and ask them if they will remove the feedback.

Jan 23 and 24 are weekends, and they do not count. Jan 26 would be day three. I also think that the 22nd would count as "same day", and one business day means you can ship it the very next day... so maybe the 26th is only day 2.

Saturday and Sunday are not business days so they are not counted. Check handling times and you will see it is business days. So they shipped out within 2 business days after the order.

I have contacted ebay and they said to contact the buyer and ask to revise it. But Buyer doesn't respond.

     I really don't know what to tell you, seriously your account is in poor shape at 83.3%. You've already asked that buyer to remove the Neg and he's not responding and you can't keep pestering them to do so. The Paypal/ Sri Lanka thing is no longer a concern of mine, it's obvious that somehow you sellers are getting around that ban. The shipping in/out of your country is probably very slow and this will continue to affect your sales.

     EBay is not " a get rich scheme" it takes a lot of work, time and effort to be a successful seller and that Negative is going to hurt unfortunately.
