Negative feedback. Ebay denied request

Sold a card for $6. Buyer left negative feedback. Said card was damaged and that i took pics at angles to hide damage. This is slander. Never reached out to request return which would have happily. Never sent pics of damage. Nothing. Just left a bad review. Sent in request for ebay to step in and possibly do something about this. Got response in 1 minute that there was nothing they could do. How could they let people get away from this! Any suggestions on what to do.

I've experienced many atrocities here. Unless sellers stop using Ebay and start speaking up nothing will change.

From what I understand of the eBay system is that if you have feedback that meets criteria for it being removed, the system will automatically do it once a week.   If you get an agent, its essentially a judgement call.

What this sounds like to me is that the agent reviewing made a 'no' judgement but the system itself saw that the comment was not justified and removed it in a batch process.
