How is it possible for ebay to allow buyers to leave negative feedbacks (item not received) before the expected arrival date? Ridiculous!

It is a pain, but eBay will probably remove the Neg. if a INR claim is opened by the buyer and closed within the time limit when the seller refunds. Or if the item is delivered and the buyer closes the claim. If the buyer receives and doesn't close the claim you will need to appeal with proof of delivery. It may take a while with eBay being short of staff. Good luck.

We have already called for removal!
It's embarrassing. We live in difficult times and we are not to blame for delays.
Even worse is allowing a buyer to give 6 negative feedbacks on the last 6 purchases!

Back in the good ol' days you could leave feedback without even being in a transaction. (or so I've heard - I've been here a long time, but not THAT long)
