Question:

How do I leave negative feedback for a "Buyer" who made me an offer for a pair of Air Jordan golf shoes, I then accepted the offer, but the buyer refused to pay? Ignored my multiple messages about the payment, did not respond and did not give a reason. I want to leave Negative feedback, since this obviously was a Negative experince with an Ebay "Buyer". I don't want other people to waste their time and other potential sales on a "buyer" like this.

One of the very first rules that a seller needs to learn about selling on eBay, or perhaps the FIRST rule, is that sellers are never ever allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.  Ever.

The second rule is that, if a buyer has not paid within 4 days after the end of the listing/auction, the seller has 30 days to cancel, using "buyer did not pay" as the reason.  

Another thing you might need to know is:  When a seller cancels for that reason, the seller is refunded his FVF, he is free to re-list if he wishes and the buyer has a "strike".  Most smart sellers have set their requirements so that they do not have to deal with buyers who have two strikes in twelve months.

Please go back and read a little more about selling.  You might have missed some other important information also.

Relist the shoes and move on.  Ebay protects buyers and ignores sellers

Sellers have not been able to leave negative feedback for buyers since 2008.

Sellers have been unable to leave negative or neutral ratings for buyer since May 20, 2008.

Just cancel the transaction citing "Buyer didn't pay" so they get a nonpayment strike.

If the buyer pays: Reward them with positive feedback.

If the buyer doesn't pay: Punish them by waiting 4 days.

Cancel the sale on the 5th day. Reason: Buyer did not pay.

The buyer will receive a strike. After 2 of those strikes sellers can block him.

You can't leave negative feedback on ebay...the only feedback you can leave on a buyer is positive. However, you can write comments on the feedback. You could write something like "seller beware: deadbeat buyer."

I usually just don't leave feedback though, that way the buyer doesn't get  a positive feedback point.

Bad advice. Leaving negative comments in positive feedback for a buyer can get you in trouble. It's a violation of eBay policy.
