Neg Feedback

A buyer gave me a neg feedback, I contacted  Ebay  to remove the feedback and they said send a message to the buyer to revise their feedback. Now ebay has all the email I send to this buyer about the item he wanted to buy. He wanted a size that i didn't have, so i said i have this size let me know if you want to purchased this size. So he agree to buy the item and he did, so i wanted to be sure so I email and ask again are you sure you want this size, his answer forget so i cancel the order, and he gave me neg feedback. To my understanding when he said forget it it means he does not wanted or could i be wrong. Ebay wouldn't erase the neg feedback don't know why. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Sorry, but that feedback doesn't qualify for removal. It is the buyers opinion of how the transaction went. You cancelled the transaction. The buyer saying forget it doesn't sound like a request to cancel to me.  The buyers feedback implies he still wanted the dumaflache. Your reply to feedback was less than professional IMO.  
The buyer also isn't obligated to revise the feedback either. Sorry, I couldn't tell you what you wanted to hear.

Your only chance for getting that neg removed is to make nice with the buyer and get him to revise it.   Apologize for the misunderstanding and arrange for the purchase of the item he wanted.

 

As noted in another post, your reply to the neg only damages your own reputation. Hope that the buyer hasn't seen it.

You cancelled the order. Buyers cannot cancel orders. The reason for cancellation should have been out of stock. End listings that are out of stock before they get purchased.
